Busy first day of early signing period for IMG Academy football program

IMG Academy’s football team had 13 players sign a national letter-of-intent inside its fieldhouse on Wednesday.

The early signing period, which is new for 2017, featured TK Chimedza (Georgia Tech), Andre Cisco (Syracuse), Houston Griffith (Notre Dame), Kingston Harris (Tennessee), Brian Hightower (Miami), Mike Jones Jr. (Clemson), Jalen Jordan (Rutgers), T.J. Pledger (Oklahoma), Artur Sitkowski (Rutgers), Reuben Unije (Illinois), Taron Vincent (Ohio State), Juan Wallace (Syracuse) and Stephon Wynn Jr. (Alabama) making their pledges official.

Additionally, IMG had four other players sign off campus at their homes: Curtis Dunlap (Minnesota), Daniel Faalele (Minnesota), Greg Newsome (Northwestern) and Xavier Thomas(Clemson).
