Carlos Beruff’s millions in campaign spending wasteful

The headlines indicate Carlos Beruff, Senate hopeful, has spent $8 million and plans on spending $15 million in his attempt to try and purchase a Senate seat from Florida in the U.S. Congress. What is wrong with this picture?

You wonder why the majority of voters despise the political arena that hacks like Beruff have created. He certainly can’t win the position on merit.

This isn’t Manatee County politics where he can push around “light in the seat” commissioners. Representation for all the people is what is needed. Nobody likes a wannabe and to characterize Beruff as Donald Trump is a joke. Stand on your own platform and stop sounding like a parrot.

What plan has this guy stated that will improve Florida living and safety for you and I? Again, we need someone who represents the people and not just their cronies.

A vote for Beruff will keep us on a downward spiral of money-hungry politicians in it for themselves. Marco Rubio may have his faults but this guy Beruff couldn’t carry his sea bag.

Beruff is a rank amateur with a pocketful of money who has always bought him what he wanted. Take your money and spend it wisely on a cause that doesn’t require payback. Fifteen million on a whim, or as Beruff stated, a gamble, is not what the hard-working folks in Florida want to hear.
