It’s “Back to School” in Manatee County. How hundreds of children approach this new school year relies on having school essentials. Many will feel different because they don’t have the necessary supplies.

Please buy school supplies as you do your shopping and drop them off at a school. There is not a school in our community where a student can’t be identified and given those supplies.

Help students be ready to begin a new school year. Don’t let lack of “tools” for the job be the reason students are not excited to be back and ready to learn.

Everyone can help a student be prepared. Small things mean a lot to children ... more than you can imagine. It’s easy!
