Trump bucks ‘elitist’ socialists

Elitist progressives attack anyone who questions their radical doctrine. The Democratic Party is dead; this is now the party of elitist socialists who play on the emotions of the naïve, the uninformed and those educated beyond their intelligence, and there are many. It is a technique of divide and conquer which has worked too well of late. An in-depth discussion is impossible with those mentioned because they are driven by emotions, not facts.

Promoting open borders, amnesty, unvetted immigration, multiculturalism and social strife are not what America is about. The aforementioned is as foreign to America as night is from day.

Donald Trump advocates for “fair” trade; progressives call it “antitrade.” He wants secure borders; progressives call it “xenophobia.” He also wants to make sure that only vetted Muslims and legal immigrants gain entry into the country; progressives call this “racist.” Trump is for straight talk; progressives prefer to employ the political correct filter which enables them to control the content of a subject to be compatible with “their world view” as consumed by the public.

Mr. Trump wants to reduce corporate taxes and make a deal to have companies bring profits back into the country. He also wants to remove regulations that are hampering growth (good jobs).

This is the antithesis of the “elitist” socialist view. Thinking people realize that a business is a living breathing thing. When attacked, business will endeavor to protect itself as best it can.

Yes, effective laws are needed to deal with dishonest and unethical business practices when they arise but not to the extent that puts business at a competitive disadvantage like the 22,000 pages of the Dodd Frank bill. Elitists want business to be subservient to them, not the free enterprise system.
