City worker does outstanding job

I am writing this letter to publicly acknowledge one of the city employees by the name of Brian. I apologize for not knowing his last name, but for many years when I needed a service or had a problem, I knew I could always call Brian in the Waste Division.

He is always helpful, patient, polite and if he can't help me, he knows who can. I thank you, Brian, for always being there and I would hope your supervisors are aware of your outstanding job performance.
