Keep digging on Beruff
Why is it that the names Carlos Beruff and Pat Neal always rise to the surface when political contributions are discussed? It took a Herald/Times reporter from Tallahassee to highlight the monies Beruff has paid out to back political candidates; contributions that are questionable and come with a high price to the candidate in future I.O.U.s. Thank you, Jeremy Wallace, for your in-depth look at a political insider or what is termed a political hack.
Mr. Beruff compares himself to Trump, which in itself is wishful thinking. Folks, this is the guy who has his trucks backed up to Sarasota Bay waiting to fill and destroy a pristine shoreline. What could this guy possibly do for you and I as a U.S. senator.
This has to be on his bucket list and has nothing to do with representing you, the voter. A business man in government is a good thing if self interest is put aside. Politics has become a money game to compete. Not too many politicians even locally are hurting for a buck.
The Pat Neals will line up with Beruff with the promise of open land development statewide. You and I as taxpayers deserve more. Reject this guy and hope that a fresh face emerges.
Marco, throw your hat in the ring!
Folks, this is a critical time in our government and a rank amateur with no political track record and a personal agenda is not what we need. Hope and change? How's that working out for you? We've had seven years of oration without substance. This guy doesn't even look the part with his casual Friday approach. Put a shirt and tie on and act like this isn't a whim.
I am frustrated and upset that this guy even has a remote shot at representing me. Keep digging, Jeremy!
