As taxpayers, no-party voters deserve primary ballots

We pay for primaries, so let us vote in them!

It's wrong to deny independent voters a chance to vote in the primaries when we are forced to pay for them.

If the Republicans and the Democrats can't chose appropriate candidates by themselves, why should my taxes be used to help them determine the most appropriate candidate for each party?
