Don't stick with Frontier if service fails time after time

The Frontier takeover of Verizon was working fine until we called to ask to hook up our call waiting, which was missing during the transfer. They said no problem, and managed to shut off our hard line to the house for seven days.

So they don't call you back to help you. Then you call everyday and they spend an hour trying to turn the service back on and fail at each attempt.

After no help from them, and believe me, they didn't offer any, its back to Bright House. We hooked up yesterday and everything works fine.

I suggest if you have a Frontier problem, don't call them. Just switch! You have a choice.
