Frontier Communications a problem-plagued service

April Fools Day has lingered into May with the introduction of Frontier Communications to Florida. My problem started by their website showing I owed them money on April 1.

I then received a complaint from friends that voice mail messages were going unanswered. Apparently my message waiting service went the way of Verizon. After four days the service was fixed by them ... now eliminating my telephone service. My number was now disconnected or not in service.

This was fixed at the expense of Internet service.

All this communicating with them was marked by long waits to talk to technicians who told me of my high priority and that the problem was being worked on. Insult to insult was after being on a long hold to speak to a techie, I was routed to the billing department who told me that it had to transfer me.

We are worried about Homeland Security, but as the late Walt Kelly said, "We met the enemy and they are us." April Fools turns to SOS, May Day.
