Tyrannical U.S. government not enforcing Constitution
It is time for a revolution within our state and our county. It is time for the State of Florida to tell the feds to butt out of our education system and our local government to do the same.
I am tired of the liberal left and the ACLU telling us we cannot pray in school or on a street corner or in a library or a ballgame.
The First Amendment guarantees freedom of religion in two clauses: the "establishment" clause, which prohibits the government from establishing an official church, and the "free exercise" clause that allows people to worship as they please.
Notice that the phrase "separation of church and state" does not appear in the First Amendment, nor is it found anywhere in the Constitution. That phrase was coined by Thomas Jefferson in 1802; his opinion was that "a wall of separation between church and state" was to protect the rights of people to enjoy their religion and pray as they desired anywhere, anytime.
Now, the same goes for our privately owned guns! It is time for our state and local government to tell the Feds to keep their nose out of our business and we choose to have open carry or concealed carry, it is our business and the State of Florida along with local government to set the proper standards without infringing on our Second Amendment rights.
We have the 10th Amendment and it is high time our elected officials started paying attention to it and begin protecting the law-abiding citizens of Florida against a rogue tyrannical federal government.
Let our county sheriff know we are behind him and support him in anyway as long as he will protect our rights under the Constitution of the United States of America.
