A big compliment to Bay Pines Veterans Hospital in St. Petersburg. I went for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Appointment was 10:30 a.m. and I was taken in at 10:20 a.m., had fantastic pre-care and preparation performed to make sure I was OK'd for procedure.

As my EKG did not look right, they took another and I was OK'd to proceed. I was then taken into another room and was greeted by the doctor and staff of three. The procedure started and in no time I was awake and released to go home.

The professionalism I received was second to none. I never doubted great care from the VA and received more care than I expected. Thanks, VA, for your great care.
