Obama administration defies laws with impunity

President Barack Obama speaks during a news conference in the State Dining Room of the White House in Washington on Friday, Oct. 2, 2015. “Hillary Clinton is not half-baked in terms of her approach to these problems,” Obama said. “She was, obviously, my secretary of state. But I also think that there’s a difference between running for president and being president and the decisions that are being made and the discussions that I’m having with the Joint Chiefs become much more specific and require, I think, a different kind of judgment.”

Hillary Clinton states that there is no chance she will be indicted for security violations regarding her handling of secret documents. I believe that President Obama's description of Hillary's handling of such documents as sloppy and not criminal is code for "all is clear."

We'll see. When one considers how "justice" has been served the past seven years, she should skate past her problem just fine.

Who was indicted or went to jail for Fast and Furious, an enterprise contrived to force the banning of various firearms in the U.S.? Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for refusing to release documents related to that case, but President Obama used executive privilege to withhold the papers, which saved Holder.

Who paid the piper for the Benghazi scandal and the "certified lies" that followed, including Hillary's lies told directly to the loved ones of the fallen?

Who was brought to justice for the IRS stonewalling organizations that were not of the philosophy of the current regime?

What form of justice was applied to those who ran a shameless and corrupt Veterans Administration that resulted in long delays in the treatment of our veterans and sometimes resulted in death?

Would anyone like to bet that President Obama will pardon Sgt. Bergdahl at the end of his presidency? After all, Bergdahl was the unwitting catalyst for Obama's justification to release four top terrorists from Gitmo in his ongoing effort to close it.

Justice has suffered mightily under the two attorney's general during the past seven years. They have refused to pursue flagrant and un-American actions such as the partial listing above.

Prosecutorial discretion was never meant to be used in cases such as those indicated, unless, of course, there is a compelling political or crony loyalty.
