Presidential campaign a muddle of awful candidates

They have polls published in every newspaper, on every TV screen and on the radio informing us who will win and who will lose in the upcoming election. We have over six months before we vote for our favorite candidate; yet, he or she might not even be allowed to run for the highest office in our land.

Have you ever heard more lies used in order to seek this position? Disgusting is a mild term compared to the verbiage used by our wonderful candidates still in the race.

Some of the candidates who were considered nice, honest, hard-working, respected by all, and their heads screwed on correctly, are now gone, sitting at home and wondering what they did wrong to get eliminated from the race. I'm wondering also.

Stop and think what you really want for a president. I'm not sure any of the candidates left are the right choice.

Our media is now telling us how each ethnic group -- white, black, Muslim, Hispanic, Asian and let's not forget the Native Americans -- will vote this November. I have yet to see how our military people will vote. They fight, lose limbs for our peace and yet they are never considered when election time comes around.

This Electoral College crap is a joke. This year it will be even more of a joke with the GOP.

The money spent on this election by each candidate is insane. Cut the campaigning down to three months prior to the election and require equal spending per candidate to a reasonable amount with no large or small companies allowed to participate. They should have three debates with equal time for each candidate. How about a couple of military personnel as moderators?

Good luck and may the best person "win."
