Install crosswalk in downtown Bradenton where jaywalkers are numerous

This letter is in regards to a crosswalk that is desperately needed in downtown Bradenton.

I have lived in Bradenton for over 30 years and ever since the new court building has opened, people -- including law enforcement officials -- are jaywalking to cross Sixth Avenue West by the big cement balls that are located between the old courthouse and the new one.

In order to avoid any accidents and/or injuries, I believe that there should be a crosswalk system installed.
