School parking problem -- the solution is simple: Have the county put up No Parking signs and add $150 fine on the sign. Then, when school is out, have motor maids or deputies walk the area. No warning, just a ticket.

Have the schools disperse a notice, announcing the parking rule, for each student to take home.
