One idea to expedite southbound Green Bridge traffic

Re: Downtown Bradenton traffic.

On the Green Bridge, would officials combine the bike lane with the inside strip to make a third southbound car lane? If so, then make a turn off onto an extended Barcarotta Boulevard.

If this increased 15th Street West traffic too much, you could go back to making 15th Street West one way south (from Manatee Avenue to Barcarotta Boulevard) and 14th Street West one way north.

To get traffic over to U.S. 301, you can enlarge Third Avenue West at Ninth Street West to U.S. 301 from two to four lanes. The south side of Third Avenue West has no buildings on it, except for the bank on the corner of Ninth Street West.
