I have come to the point where I have to make my feelings known to the bicycle riders who have almost run me over when I am walking.

I am 80 years old and if you do not let me know you are coming up fast behind me, by putting a horn or loud bell on your bike, and hit me, I will call the police and report what you and your bike look like and let them handle it.

I am tired of almost getting run over by you.

I am not writing this about all bicycle riders, just the careless ones.
