Natural-born citizen differs from naturalized citizen
There are three minimum requirements to be president. One must be a natural-born citizen of the USA, have lived in the USA for at least 14 years and must be at least 35 years old.
A natural-born citizen is a person either born in the USA or born to Americans parents living abroad (both parents).
From Donald A. Ritchie & Justice Learning, Art. 2, page 3: Becoming a U.S. citizen has two paths, being born in USA or through the naturalization process. If one is born outside of the country, both parents have to be U.S. citizens at the time of birth. If one parent is a U.S. citizen and that parent lived at least five years in the U.S. before one was born and at least two years were after that parent's 14th birthday, one is born a U.S. citizen.
Even though one is a citizen, one is not a natural-born citizen.
