I was very happy to see that Bradenton City Councilman Gene Gallo has decided to run again.

I was a police officer with the City of Bradenton and knew Councilman Gallo when he was with the city fire department. His wife, Pat, was my dispatcher at the police department.

Between being a fireman and councilman, Councilman Gallo has served the City of Bradenton with honor for 56 years. The City of Bradenton cannot afford to lose someone as dedicated as him. I believe Councilman Gallo has proven over the years his ability to make Bradenton a better place to live.
