Democrats, Republicans mainly serve rich donors
As I sit here suffering through another two-year election cycle, the news is full of what the "Dollacrats" and the "Richpublicans" are going to do to "Make America Great."
All politicians, right down to our county and city commissioners, are indebted to their political donors. Due to the not-so Supreme Court ruling allowing super PACS to spend billions and not disclose the source, we can't even be sure which rich groups they are indebted to.
Despite all the rhetoric, none of these people care one bit about the 95 percent of Americans who aren't rich.
While the "Richpublicans" are waving flags and talking about their devotion to God, they are squeezing the middle class and the poor to make laws which favor their rich donors.
They just can't seem to pass any legislation to help uninsured children or the poor who can't afford their medication. Not enough political donations from those groups, I guess.
If they were really as devoted to God as they claim to get votes, they would know that He is for the poor. The Richpublicans are for the rich.
The Dollacrats are also supported by and indebted to their super PACS and the rich. The only difference between the two parties is that the Dollacrats try to come up with more "benefits" for people to try to sway the vote.
If politicians really wanted to "Make America Great," they would pass laws to take the money out of politics. This will never happen, so America will never be what the Founding Fathers envisioned. The system will always perpetrate itself, and 5 percent of "we the people" will continue to decide the future of America.
Our system is irreversibly broken and Richpublicans and Dollacrats won't or can't fix it. God bless the rich, I guess.
