Under Obama and Kerry we have an expression: the more things change, the more things stay the same.

When we negotiated the treaty with Iran, Kerry never mentioned the Americans that were held by Iran. Now we have swapped prisoners with Iran and donated billions to Iran. Iran has found a "live one" in us.
