A sound reason to hit 'mute' button on TV broadcasts
Thank you to all advertisers and TV stations.
For years now I have noticed that the strange loud noises of screeching, rumbling, banging, whizzing, roaring, etc., etc. used as background to all advertisements and TV narrative -- that I am being brainwashed to listen to day and night when I turn on my TV -- has been affecting my sense of tranquility and disposition.
I decided to try and find out what is happening to me. And because the sounds are so annoying and weird I have taken notice that I am much more irritated these days.
So to test my theory, I started a few months ago to immediately press the "mute" remote button for any and all advertisements, TV commentators. I find that although it takes a bit more imagination, I can filter past what is being shown without being aggravated and annoyed by irritating loud sounds.
Try it!
And also notice the crazy sounds being pumped into your brains to make you a zombie. For what reason that they are there is a mystery to me except maybe to give a job to a person at a noise control panel.
I am now much more at ease in my life without some idiot trying to destroy my ears.
