Wrecked car yields good experiences with repairs

I have to admit that it is refreshing in 2015 to find a local business that still believes in old-fashioned customer service.

Our Camry sedan was damaged in an accident recently, and we were at a loss on where to get it fixed. The side had been mashed in. It was just barely drivable, so getting it back on the road was important.

Some friends suggested Cox Chevy's body shop, so that's where we went. Thankfully, it was an excellent choice. Our service contact was Mike, who kept us up to date on the progress being made.

What a pleasant surprise it was to get a call from Mike that all the repairs were done, and we could pick up the car. In just over a week and a half, they had transformed our wreck of a car into something that gleamed in the sunlight. In fact, I was so impressed that I went back to the office and told Ena that they may have given us the wrong car as our car had not looked this good in years.

Thanks to the good people at Cox Chevrolet for making our holiday a lot brighter. I never expected things to turn out so well; they far exceeded our expectations as did our superb local Allstate representative Judi Windle, who helped us through the whole process.
