Adult baseball league's gratitutde for support

As we close out our 24th season, the Manatee Adult Baseball League expresses our sincere appreciation to the managers and to the players who made our season, and make our league, such a wonderful experience.

After 24 years, what we do, and how we do it, has been so refined that the work that we have to do, while intense at times, has been minimalized to the extent that even at the advancing ages of our commissioner and her husband, they look forward to the next season.

Thank you also the Manatee Parks and Recreation, particularly Alexis Shafer, for working with us all these years and being so supportive of our programs.

Also, thank you to the Baltimore Orioles (Joe DiPuma) and the City of Sarasota for hosting our season-ending and championship games at Ed Smith Stadium again this year as well as the many years past. The stadium is a gorgeous community resource that we are honored you make available to us.
