Armed citizens best way to stop mass carnage

Quran (8:12): "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them."

The problem sheep, confronted by wolves, have is that they have little defense against the wolves' power to kill and eat them. So, too, human victims of violence are generally defenseless when criminals and terrorists come to kill them; like sheep they just get slaughtered before the shepherds arrive.

But people, at least in this nation, have the right to bear arms to make it at least a fair fight. Four armed policeman, shepherds, finally stopped the slaughter of innocents in a Paris theater after agonizing minutes of terror as the terrorist wolves slaughtered the innocent sheep; their government had forcibly disarmed the victims as Democrats would disarm all U.S. citizens.

There are few nations with more strict gun laws than France, which makes them the perfect target for cowardly terrorists who prey on the innocent and helplessly unarmed "soft targets."

And just as our feckless, fool president was wrong and lied on the morning of Nov. 13, just hours before the attack began, that "ISIS is contained and on the run," he was also wrong and lied about our nation having "more horrific mass gun murders than any other Western nation!" Paris proves him, once again, to be ignorant.

Had two, three, four, or more of those innocents been armed, they could have stopped most, perhaps all, of the deaths in that theater, just as four armed police did too late.

We have given peace a chance to pacify the left; now let's end this madness.
