Suggestions on Bradenton traffic flow; old theater sound better

1. Downtown traffic

A. Green Bridge: Allow a right turn on a new Barcarrota exit. Do not allow Barcarrota traffic to exit on Ninth Street.

B. Manatee Avenue and 15th Street West: Discontinue the left turn at 15th Street West. Not many cars make the turn and the light holds up eastbound Manatee traffic unnecessarily. This would speed up eastbound traffic.

C. Timed lights: a. from Green Bridge to Eighth Avenue; b. from Ninth Avenue to 15th Avenue West.

D. Smart lights: if there is no traffic at an exit, the light should change more quickly from green to red.

2. Old Manatee Players Theatre tear-down

This is sad. At this theater you could hear the dialogue. At the new theater, you can't understand the dialogue half of the time. I stopped going to the new theater.
