Honor highly trained, unemployed veterans with jobs at TSA
So many of our veterans are coming home and not being able to find jobs. So many are coming home maimed with missing limbs, etc.
Our military veterans are trained to take orders, to follow direction without questions, to do the best job possible and to be on time and to take seriously any job they are assigned to.
Well, with all the problems that TSA screeners are having, I was thinking about why not use veterans in the positions of TSA screeners? They are already trained in many areas of concern that we have at our airports.
Their backgrounds have been totally vetted before they are allowed into the military and they know how to show up for a job. They know how to handle guns properly. They would and could be a total asset for the TSA. Transition veterans into these positions and I believe that the TSA can and will become the pride of not only the U.S. but the world.
We Americans would also, finally, pay the respect and honor that we will always owe these fine individuals.
Call you representatives and get them on board quickly. We must honor our vets.
