Children's Home Society of Florida joins the rest of the state in remembering a strong child advocate as we celebrate the life of Mrs. Rhea Chiles.

While Mrs. Chiles championed several worthy causes, we will forever remember and appreciate her incredible support for improving the lives of children.

Her work in advancing early childhood programs has had an undeniable and profound effect on the quality of early learning, and her passion to make a true difference for children and youth has inspired countless others to join her.

We respectfully honor Mrs. Chiles as a dedicated leader, a compassionate advocate and, most importantly, a wonderful friend to Florida's children, families and citizens.

Respectfully submitted on behalf of the statewide Board of Directors and the entire staff community at Children's Home Society of Florida,

Michael J. Shaver, President, CEO, Children's Home Society of Florida Winter Park
