Left-turn light from SR 70 onto Tara too limiting

Whose brilliant idea was it to change the left-turn lights at State Route 70 onto Tara? Really, four cars can turn left off of SR 70. I just sat through four lights. But if you want to turn left onto SR 70, 12 cars can turn.
