War against ISIS must bring call for a national draft

The time will come when the hysterical call for all-out war against ISIS will come. It always does, or have we all forgotten the Iraq war and the consequences? This time, there must be a national draft so that all of America's sons and daughters are made available to defend their country. If one must cry for all-out war, then all of us will have to feel the pains of the war. It does not belong just to the poor, who for the most part make up our "voluntary" military and their families.
