Check out Bernie Sanders' website for facts on his positions

Who at the Bradenton Herald chose to print that editorial written by New York Times writer Patrick Healy about Bernie Sanders entitled "Sanders doesn't kiss babies. That a problem?" on Nov. 1. Printing this editorial is an insult to the intelligence of your readers. If you all out there are curious enough to get past Bernie's handicap of not kissing enough babies and hobnobbing, you might want to read what his stance is on the issues.

Never before has a politician been so open and so transparent about his views on the important issues that we must concern ourselves with in the upcoming election.

Instead of just dismissing Bernie as that embodiment of the most dreaded concept of "socialism," I challenge you all to go to the website www.feelthebern.org and do a little research about the specific platform Bernie is exposing.

This website contains 18 major categories of issues, 57 sub-categories, over 300 videos, and 872 pages, filled with many graphs and links to supporting resources.

So the next time this paper prints an editorial about Bernie, please choose something a little more substantial.
