How about outrage over cruelty to children, too?

There has been a lot of outrage over animal cruelty. I am outraged over the things people do to helpless animals. However, I have to ask, where is the outrage over cruelty to helpless children?

Once again, a child has been killed. Janiya Thomas died and was stuffed in a freezer. How much crueler can a child be treated?

When will the law look out for these children? When is it too late to help them?
