Last decade shows nation's demise certainly coming

From my interpretation of the news over the last 10 years, I am inclined to believe that we, America's citizens, have made decisions that guaranteed the end of our nation. The history of our demise goes much farther, but my view is the last years have sealed our fate.

We were giddy when the housing bubble was in full swing. We ignored the fact that we had allowed the federal government to destroy the integrity of the banking system.

We elected a man who kept significant pieces of his background secret and had not done anything but promise change.

We watched both parties invoke crony capitalism to interfere with private business, picking winners and losers to repay the left and the right for their financial support.

We allowed the feds to destroy our imperfect healthcare system and replace it with one that destroys our freedom, punishing us if we decide not to choose health insurance.

We sat by and allowed our government to spend trillions of dollars we don't have on social programs for alien invaders that we don't want in our country.

We allowed the feds to rob Social Security and Medicare to pay for the unconstitutional healthcare bill and the rest of the unfunded social programs. Your congressman and senators have taken these two programs to buy votes.

We watched the feds deplete our military while Muslim terrorists, China, and Russia are attacking our country. Our military is weaker and smaller than before World War II.

We are blind to the corruption and theft that is constant in Congress. We ignore the only option we have to defang D.C.

Unless American citizens embrace an Article V Convention of States to amend the Constitution and take back our government, America is done!
