Marco Rubio failing Floridians with his absence on Senate votes
Marco Rubio ran for and was elected to the U.S. Senate by Floridians. Again, I ask, what has he accomplished in the five years he has spent there? What has he done to earn his paycheck?
He has produced immigration legislation, but wait he then voted against it because Republicans were against it. He is rated the No. 1 U.S. senator who misses the most votes. He has stated that he misses votes that are meaningless. He has produces and passed no legislation to help Floridians, his constituents.
The bottom line is that Marco Rubio wanted to be a U.S. senator for no other reason than to run for the presidency in 2016. And that, and only that, is why he is a senator.
Marco Rubio, when confronted on his low voting records, responded with his "meaningless statement" as well as saying he has a responsibility for constituency services. I say no, he was sent to Washington to assist all Floridians by being a leader with a backbone who can make a difference for Florida. Not that he should run for the position of president.
How can anyone vote for this man when he can't even stand up for his own legislation? How can anyone vote for him when he cannot even do his job of voting on legislation?
Marco Rubio has and will always be a puppet of the money people who pay for his runs for elected office. He does not speak nor does he even try to understand what Floridians need.
He believes he is qualified to be president of the United States when he doesn't even know or even tries to do that job which he is earning a paycheck for.
