Late-fee charge on Manatee County's after-school program burdensome

I'm writing this letter to report how the Manatee County School Board is making a lot money from the after-school program. I pay $50 a week for this program, and when I didn't have the money to pay it on the date of my payment they charge me a $10 late fee.

It was sad for me to pay the $10 because that was all I had left for me. It's fine if they want to charge a late fee, but I think $5 is enough. This is very sad for people like me who work hard and don't receive any help from anywhere.
