There is no national plan to deal with COVID-19. There is no Florida plan. Instead, President Trump and Gov. De Santis believe that if they ignore the virus, it will go away. Since Florida is currently vying with Arizona for worst COVID-19 state in the nation, I think we’ve shown this is untrue.

While Florida posts new daily highs in positive cases and deaths, DeSantis refuses to consider closings, welcomes the opening of Disney World and boasts about the state economy.

How bad can COVID-19 get unchecked? Florida is about to find out.
