Thank you for helping keeping Anna Maria Island clean | Letter to the editor

I would like to publicly thank the gentleman I spoke to on the beach this morning.

I have seen him every day on Anna Maria Island, and my husband has pointed out he’s always there picking up any piece of trash. He told me this morning he walks every day from Manatee Beach to Longboat Pass and back.

Thank you for doing such a magnificent job. We are very lucky to have you here in Bradenton and on its beautiful island.
