Power companies must be prevented from adding ‘storm charge’

It just amazes me, the people who supply our electric needs are now tacking on a surcharge to pay for the hurricane damage. I thought they would have to go through a commission of officials to do this.

If I was on such a commission, the first question I would ask: Just how many millions of dollars did you invest in the political action committee (PAC) to advertise to fight the state amendment that forced electric companies to buy back any electricity that we create a surplus of, by installing our own electric-producing grid, such as solar or wind.
