‘Temporary’ traffic lights are wasting taxpayers’ money -- and we don’t want roundabouts

Are you kidding me?! The Department of Transportation has now decided to put in “temporary” traffic lights at Rye Road and Lorraine Road on State Road 64 East. What a waste of taxpayer money.

Why in the world do we need “temporary” traffic lights just for them to turn around and waste money putting in roundabouts. No one wants the roundabouts. Originally, everyone asked for traffic lights... the residents in the area, the farmers and truckers that use the roadway. Why can’t they just put in “permanent” traffic lights as the community requested and forget about the roundabouts. Just another way to waste taxpayer money.
