Thousands of new homes popping up, but you wouldn’t know it from property tax bills
As I drive around Manatee County – and I urge everyone to do it — I see all the thousand of new homes being built. And I ask myself, with all the additional property tax and sales tax from all the new people, why is my property tax not dropping for 2018?
