Deck the, er, water towers with boughs of holly

I would love to see our water towers decorated for the December holidays. A Christmas Tree (or call it a Hanukkah Bush) could be seen for miles. Or swag the storage tanks like a giant tree decoration. It would also help me find my way home, I live next to one! Thank you, and Happy Holidays (all of them)!
