Ask Gov. Rick Scott to take control of guns in Florida

I was 16 years old when a boyfriend taught me to fire a rifle, the only time I ever did.

He went off to service and brought home a German louger. He was showing it off to his sister when my kid sister, Estelle, brought them their mail one day. As the three of them were talking, he accidently fired the gun, and killed his sister. Estelle never got over it.

Since we can not expect Congress to change any laws on gun control, it’s time to seek state control of guns. We have a wonderful sensible governor. I think if he heard from enough of us, he would sponsor such a bill for Florida.
