C’mon, county, get your roadwork schedule together

Why does this county work on all the same area roads at the same time?

I live in East Bradenton, and have the worst time driving to and from work. All at one time, they had 45th and 37th Streets, and 38th Avenue and State Road 70 torn up. Now, I am ruining my automobile and its tires on all the big bumps.

Why in the world do they continue this when it would be easier to do one road at a time and complete the job and move on to the next road? This county seems to be in all the roads all the time. Do all the counties in the area do the same thing? I'm sure other drivers will agree with me. This is just another way to cause more road rage. They need to keep it simple.
