If the Affordable Health Care Act is repealed and replaced, and draconian cuts follow, here is what we have to do: The Democratic National Committee should help us set up emergency units throughout every state.

People who cannot get necessary health care, including life-saving operations, necessary drugs, medical devices and home-care services, should have their pictures taken (with their permission, of course) and submit a written statement re: denial. Those who can travel should be driven to either their state capitol or Washington, D.C., and a companion rally should take place with media coverage.

This service should be advertised nationwide. The DNC will certainly have to help fund it, but I am sure that we will have many volunteers. Also, we could use a voluntary social service staff to assist and intervene in dire cases.
