Obama wasn’t ‘government by the people’

This is in response to H.E. Alison’s letter to the editor, who says that in the past it has been a “government by the people” and in the future it is going to be a “government by Trump.” Not sure what planet H.E. Alison et al have been living on for the past eight years, but how many executive orders did President Obama sign? So much for “government by the people​.”
