Liberals misfiring about Trump

Wednesday morning I received over a dozen phone calls from people, most of whom I don’t know, asking me to respond to James Frazier’s letter in the Dec. 7 Bradenton Herald. For years we have endured his far left musings so I’m responding.

Electoral College: Hillary won less than 500 counties in the U.S. and Trump won over 2,600. Hillary garnered about 2 million more votes than Trump, but 1.5 million of those were from New York. Does anyone want New York and California alone to elect our president?

Mr. Frazier suggests Trump was conspiring with Russian President Putin to fix the election; show me the proof.

Trump’s toxicity toward respected (socialist) journalists; respected by who?

The left-leaning media will do their very best to downplay all of President-elect Trump’s accomplishments for the next four years. They started by calling Trump’s “Thank You” tour a “Victory” lap.

Then there’s the Carrier A/C and Softbank bringing $50 billion investment to the U.S. All this is played down even though it is being done before Trump is inaugurated!

We are overdue for a “doer” instead of a “talker.” The press has done the exact opposite for the last eight years regarding this president, who unseated Jimmy Carter as the “worst president,” in my opinion.

Initially, I doubted our constitutional republic would survive Obama; now that we have a constitutional president, we’ll survive.
