Human waste fouling city of Bradenton lot
There is a vacant lot owned by the city of Bradenton at the southeast corner of Manatee Avenue and 18th Street East.
Almost every other day someone is illegally and purposely littering the property with large quantities of soiled human waste toilet paper and paper towels.
This human waste litter is a posing a health risk to the nearby residences.
The large volume of litter is blowing across the street onto private residences. For the last two weeks the residents have been cleaning the property and disposing of the human waste litter when it appears.
The city of Bradenton has been negligent in removing this soiled human waste litter in a timely manner, and negligent in investigating the source of who is illegally disposing of human waste litter on city-owned property.
The frequency and volume of the soiled litter indicates the source is from a commercial business and not a private individual.
Please correct this problem.
