Fix, don’t sell City Hall

The Bradenton politicians at City Hall are at it again, this time to sell City Hall. No matter that it is only 20 years old and could be fixed for a far lot cheaper amount than to build a new one; but that’s the way things are done downtown.

Don’t forget this is a prime piece of waterfront property and some developer probably already has an eye on it.

Now our local representatives are probably working on the spin they will put on it to sell it to a gullible public when they are ready to announce that some developer is interested; this will be sort of like Glazier Gates Park, where their decision will already be made and public input will be just a mere formality.

Elections are coming up so vote wisely because some day we will look more like Tampa than the the place we have grown to love!
