Clinton concussion merits disqualification

I see where Dale Earnhart Jr. had a concussion and is not driving anymore. He said he would be a danger to himself and to other drivers.

Hillary Clinton told the FBI she had a concussion in 2012 and could not remember State Department briefings that year. Is she not a danger to this country as president of the U.S.?
