American Airlines flights canceled Thursday due to Hurricane Matthew

All American Airlines flights into Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Palm Beach International Airport were canceled for Thursday.

Limited departures will take off before noon Thursday, but all other departures are canceled after that, said Alexis Aran Coello, a spokeswoman for the airline. The airline plans to be back in full operation at noon Friday.

Travelers who are affected by the cancellations can rebook without fees or request a refund.

At Norwegian Cruise Line, embarkations for the Norwegian Sky on Friday and Norwegian Escape on Saturday at PortMiami are not being rescheduled.

All of the line's ships are sailing on schedule, but may be rerouted if they come near the storm.
